- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate sports coaching sessions for students of all abilities
- Provide tailored support and assistance to students with special educational needs, ensuring their full participation and success
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive, nurturing environment that caters to the diverse needs of the student body
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting coaching strategies to maximize their development and achievement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and participation
- Contribute to the overall extracurricular and enrichment programmes of the institution
- Relevant sports coaching qualifications, such as a recognised coaching certification or equivalent
- Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people and promoting inclusive, accessible sports and educational opportunities
