About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established home care provider for Home Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal care, always respecting dignity and promoting independence. You will support clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes while maintaining their chosen lifestyle.
This is a person-centred service focused on delivering compassionate care and supporting individuals with daily living needs.
Paid mileage, in addition to your hourly rate.
Fully paid training & uniforms – no experience needed.
Use of a pool car*.
Various shifts available including weekends (07:00 & 22:00) & evenings (16:00 & 22:00).

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide personal care in a respectful and professional manner
• Promote independence and dignity at all times
• Support clients within their own homes
• Be flexible and responsive to client and service needs
• Represent the service with professionalism and care
Reporting to: Care Coordinator / Home Care Manager

Skills and Attributes
• Caring and patient nature
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is preferred
