☀️ Weekends between 7am and 10pm
What does a Community Care Worker actually do?
You could be helping someone get washed and dressed in the morning.
You could be preparing a meal and making sure they've had something to eat.
You could be supporting with medication, shopping, light household tasks or attending appointments.
You could simply be the person they have been looking forward to seeing all day.
Some visits are practical.
Some visits are emotional.
All visits matter.
We are looking for caring, reliable people to join our growing team supporting vulnerable adults within their own homes.
No two days are the same, but your role may include:
✔ Personal Care
✔ Medication Support
✔ Meal Preparation
✔ Shopping & Community Access
✔ Companionship
✔ Promoting Independence
✔ Supporting People Living with Dementia and Other Health Conditions
