Dual Registered Manager – Children’s EBD Homes
Burton upon Trent
60,000 + £10,000 Performance Bonus
We’re recruiting for a Dual Registered Manager opportunity overseeing 2 neighbouring Ofsted-registered EBD children’s homes in Burton upon Trent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider with a strong reputation for delivering genuinely therapeutic, trauma-informed care — with all existing homes currently rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.
The homes are both 3-bed solo-placement services, connected by adjoining gardens, with an established staffing team already in place including a Deputy Manager and experienced Residential Care Workers.
Why This Role Stands Out
Unlike many providers, this organisation has invested heavily into therapeutic support and operational stability.
In-house Responsible Individual (not consultancy-based)
PACE therapeutic model
In-house forensic psychology team
Monthly clinical consultations for staff
Supportive senior leadership team
Strong staffing structure already in place
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Experience supporting children with EBD needs
Confident leadership and people management skills
Passion for therapeutic, child-centred care
