- A committed and enthusiastic practitioner who is innovative and inspirational
- Someone who values our approach to an enquiry based curriculum where children learn through first hand experiences, through an adventure in learning.
- Someone who has high expectations for the behaviour and learning of all pupils.
- Someone to promote our school values through our 'CLIMB' ethos (confidence, learning, independence, motivation and belief) to ensure our pupils reach the top of their mountain.
