Summary
The Package:
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £24,850 (On Target Earnings: £26,000)
Location: Medway
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, alternate shifts of 8:30am – 4:30pm and 9:00am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for someone to join our team and provide crucial support to our expert Mortgage Advisors. You’ll start as a trainee, receive full training, and be on your way to advancing within 6 months!

What will I be doing?
Keeping clients updated on the progress of their mortgage
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and managers
Ensuring compliance with regulations, including data protection
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
What We’re Looking For:
A professional, customer-focused attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Motivated, hardworking, and driven
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
Knowledge of the mortgage process (preferred but not essential)
