Start Date: September 2026 | Long-Term Contract

We are currently seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to join a supportive school setting in Blackburn from September on a long-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about supporting young people with challenging behaviour and making a real difference in an educational environment.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils displaying challenging behaviour
- Work closely with teaching staff and SEN teams to implement behaviour strategies
- Support pupils both inside and outside of the classroom
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Build strong, professional relationships with students and staff
- Essential: Previous school-based experience
- Proven experience working with challenging behaviour
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Ability to build rapport and de-escalate situations effectively
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
