Summary
Ensure all the ICT and AV equipment in Medical Education spaces is in good working order and is set up as required. Provide a high technical level of fault diagnosis support for all ICT/AV equipment and associated specialist peripheral devices. Report any problems to maintenance companies as necessary. Operate equipment such as sound or lighting Adjust equipment Test equipment Answer queries and deal with problems Conduct minor repairs to equipment such as changing bulbs for projection equipment. Help ensure all activities are carried out within a quality framework and meet regulatory requirements. Help produce technical material (e.g. graphics, PowerPoint slides and promotional material) and instructional material for the safe and proper use of ICT and AV equipment.
