Summary
The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider.
We are growing our business and we have Recruitment Consultant opportunities in our Northern Hub on Station Lane, Featherstone, WF7.
We are only looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants at the moment so if you haven't done this before, or don't know what it is, please do not apply.
We only want to speak to individuals who have worked in Driving or Industrial recruitment recently, so we only want to speak with people who have done this before. We like you to follow a client through from start to finish so basic sales and service experience is a requirement .
It is a 360 role, meaning there are business to business sales ( we do have leads and lapsed or current clients to call ) , client and worker management and all other parts of a 360 role are required.
You will be required to make sales calls to clients both old and new, deal with the recruitment of new workers and the requirements of our current workers on a day to day basis. A good understanding of Industrial or Driving Recruitment legislation is essential. If you have done this role before, you know what's expected.
You will need a current driving licence and your own vehicle to make client visits, fuel is provided via a fuel card.
We pay a good basic salary and commission as long as you are happy to do the work. With commission you can earn up to £48,000 and basic salary is from £28,000 to £33,500 based on your recent work experience and skillset.
We don't micro manage but you are expected to be a self starter and have a good understanding of the role you are required to fulfil.
Our work hours are flexible based around 8-4 with Friday early finish and again as long as you are billing we are reasonable. Our targets are achievable and you are provided with weekly figures, monthly targets and our commission is easy to understand, and provided to you.

33 days holiday per year plus your Birthday after probationary period. Comprehensive Healthcare with Dental, and hearing and Visual (including glasses).

Commission is paid monthly - we offer plan bonus and new client bonuses, we also have occasional "extra" bonuses and competitions based on growth in your branch and desk.
