Summary


We are looking for a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner to join our forward thinking and friendly Oncology dietetic team.

You will be involved in providing part of the Dietetic Service within the acute hospital setting with Oncology, haematology and palliative care patients along side with Oncology dietitians.

You will be provided with regular supervision and CPD opportunities in order to develop your clinical skills. We are committed to improving our patient experience and clinical pathways and there will be opportunities to be involved with both current and new projects within the team.

Good communication skills both written and verbal are required to undertake various tasks regarding admin duties.
• Responsible for a patient caseload under the supervision of a Registered dietitian
• Liaise with members of the MDT regarding the nutritional care of patients on your caseload
• You will have admin role to track patients within the oncology pathway who are under the dietitian.
• Involve in updating spreadsheets
