The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled, humble professional to join our team. We offer Visa Sponsorship specifically for candidates already in the UK on a Chef CoS who are looking to transfer to a new employer.
While we provide full training on our specific house recipes, you must have "day one" mastery of Parotta stretching, Dosa preparation, and Wok-based Indo-Chinese cooking.
Key Responsibilities
Specialist Production: Deliver high-quality Parottas, Dosas, and Indo-Chinese dishes.
Kitchen Excellence: Maintain 5-star hygiene standards and Level 2 Food Safety compliance.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively without a "chef ego"—supporting the Manager and Head Chef in all operations.
Efficiency: Manage portion control and minimize waste to protect margins.
Mentorship: Share your expertise with junior staff and contribute to seasonal menu ideas.
Required Experience & Attributes
Technical Skill: Proven expertise in authentic Parotta and Wok cooking.
Attitude: A hardworking, flexible approach with a focus on team success.
Experience: Background in high-volume, high-standard vegetarian kitchens.
Compliance: Must hold a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
