Summary

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)


£33,000 – £35,000 | 42 Hours per Week

The curriculum is dynamic and engaging, combining the EYFS framework with elements of Montessori and Reggio Emilia, creating a rich, child-led learning experience that inspires a genuine love of learning.



What We’re Looking For



  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Knowledge of Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia approaches (desirable)

  • Passion for early childhood development

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
