- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs
- Implementing personalized learning strategies and delivering targeted interventions
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, contributing to assessments and reviews
- Fostering positive relationships with students, families, and the wider school community
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN setting
- Strong understanding of the diverse needs of students with special educational needs
- Ability to adapt teaching styles and strategies to meet individual student requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
- Commitment to continuing professional development and a passion for making a difference
