We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to provide exceptional care for our toddlers and pre-schoolers. You will work closely with our welcoming nursery team to ensure the emotional, social, and developmental needs of every child are met.
Provide High-Quality Care — Create a secure, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers and pre-schoolers.
Plan and Deliver Activities — Develop age-appropriate activities that support physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Support Early Learning — Use the EYFS framework to observe, assess, and track each child's progress.
Build Relationships — Maintain open, warm communication with parents and carers about their child's daily routines and achievements.
Team Collaboration — Work effectively as part of our room team, supporting transitions and day-to-day nursery operations.

Requirements
Qualifications — A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Essential)
Experience — A minimum of one year working in a nursery or early years setting (Essential)
Knowledge — A solid working understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
Skills — Strong communication skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for early years education
Desirable — A valid Paediatric First Aid qualification is highly desirable; training will be provided if needed.
