Summary
A rewarding SEN Teaching Assistant role is now available at a welcoming and happy school in Earlsfield. This is a friendly and supportive working environment, a great place for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work. This is a long term and full-time role to start in September, and you'll get to help children make great progress, so this job is very fulfilling.

Prior experience working in a school or with children is required for this SEN Teaching Assistant role.
Working full-time as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Follow the national curriculum to ensure children are making good progress, adapting to individual needs
• Support children with their personal, social and emotional development
• Lead/assist with activities 1:1 and in small groups
• Work collaboratively with a team of likeminded and dedicated staff
Having good communication and interpersonal skills is essential for this role, and childcare qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
