Paragon Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a friendly and nurturing primary school in Stourport-on-Severn. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with children in the early stages of their education. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and work alongside colleagues who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
What the role involves:
Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development
Supporting pupils in building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy
Assessing progress and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and fellow staff members
Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support pupil success
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 in a UK primary school
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
A nurturing and positive approach to teaching and learning
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
