Duties of a Mobile Service Technician:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service
- Work independently, managing your own schedule to maximise efficiency in repairs and maintenance tasks
- Utilise state-of-the-art tools and technology to deliver exceptional service on-site
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring clear communication throughout each job
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies through ongoing training and development
Requirements of a Mobile Service Technician:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in automotive repair
- Proven experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician or within a similar role
- Full, valid UK driving licence is essential
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Enthusiasm for working with modern automotive technology, including electric vehicles, and committed to continuous professional development
