Duties as a Car Sales Executive:
- Engage with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions to understand their vehicle needs
- Recommend suitable vehicle options based on customer preferences and requirements
- Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective buyers
- Negotiate vehicle sales and finance packages to meet sales targets as a Car Sales Executive
- Complete all relevant sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Working towards individual and team sales targets to drive dealership success
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within the motor trade is preferred
- Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Passion for the automotive industry and ongoing professional development
- Well-presented with a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends on a rota basis
