Come and join us! We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Auditor to join our team in Thetford.

This post is working NIGHTS
The hours of work and shift patterns are: 18.00 - 06.00 on a 4on 4off shift rotation
The rate of pay is: £14.88 per hour + 10% night shift allowance between 2200 - 0600

Main Responsibilities:

To effectively uphold the food safety, legal, and quality standards of 2SFG, our customers, regulatory bodies and all other interested stakeholders.
The completion of routine and non-routine assessments in the factory environment to ensure compliance to all codes of practice
To coach, train, advise and support the factory operations teams on matters of non-conformance and deviation to specification
To act as the site Subject Matter Expert on all key technical disciplines

Ideal Candidate:

Solid level of Computer Literacy, Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of Quality
Excellent communication skills
Food Safety Lvl 3
HACCP Lvl 3
Allergen Management
Root Cause Analysis
Dealing with conflict
Assertiveness
Time Management
