The Role
We’re seeking Production Operatives to support the manufacture of timber packaging products including pallets, crates, and cases. Working within a collaborative team and reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll help meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture timber products to specifications and drawings
Measure, cut, assemble, and secure timber components
Operate machinery and tools safely (including nail guns)
Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace
Work to production targets and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Manufacturing or production experience
Timber/wood experience (advantageous)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Positive, team-focused attitude
Confidence using tools (training provided)
