Summary
A brand-new Quality Supplier Management Support (Summer Placement) vacancy has arisen in our fast-growing company. This role would
be ideal for someone completing their GCSEs in Year 11, studying BTECs or A-levels at college or sixth form, or seeking experience
in between periods of university study.
LOCATION: Skegness - Holly Road Head Offices
JOB TITLE: Quality Supplier Management Support (Summer Placement)
JOB TYPE: Temporary contract
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday – 09:00 - 17:00 (Including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, or a 1-hour unpaid lunch break for
employees under the age of 18)
SALARY RANGE: £13.45 per hour
Job Purpose:
As a summer intern, you will be supporting your department with day-to-day tasks, such as:
* Management of Supplier Management systems – Supplier approval documentation, questionnaires, agreements, audit plans and
reports.
* SOP management.
* Data review and generation of trend reports.
* KPI monitoring and presentation.
Whilst also supporting the company with a specific project.
Supplier Management Improvement project:
* Support the Quality Lead in development of a new electronic supplier management system within an ERP system.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Required:
* Good communication skills.
* Good Microsoft Office skills.
* Good IT systems skills.
* Good attention to detail with ability to analyse and present data.
* Studying at GCSE or above.
* Full driving license (desirable)
