The school is looking for an ambitious and passionate educator who can deliver engaging and high-quality science lessons, inspire students to achieve their best, and contribute positively to the wider school community. This opportunity would suit both experienced teachers and those at an earlier stage in their teaching career who are committed to making a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.
- Support and contribute positively to the values and ethos of the school.
- Have high expectations of student achievement, behaviour, and personal development.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, and a positive approach to teaching and learning.
- Be an effective classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of how students learn and progress.
- Have a genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
- Be committed to continuous improvement and contributing to the ongoing success of the school.
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
- A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance.
- Access to a comprehensive employee wellbeing and assistance programme.
- Family-friendly policies and support.
- Membership of a competitive pension scheme.
- High-quality professional development, training, and career progression opportunities.
- The chance to work within a forward-thinking and ambitious educational setting.
