The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused in the absence of their usual teacher. You will manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and maintain a positive and structured learning environment for pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.

You may also support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs, making this a varied and rewarding position where you can make a real impact.
