Summary
HGV Class 2 Driver – Multi-Drop Bakery Deliveries – Leyton (E10)
WPRG Ltd are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Leyton (E10).
This is an ongoing role delivering baked goods across the South East of England using a Class 2 vehicle. Weekend work is required, with a rota provided one week in advance.
Paid driving assessment and theory test provided as part of the pre-employment process.
The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will:
Perform multi-drop deliveries of baked goods
Deliver to retail and convenience stores
Ensure all products are delivered safely and in excellent condition
Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
Follow Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Shift Pattern
Night / early morning starts: 00:00 – 04:00 (flexible within these hours)
Weekend work required
Average shift length: 12 hours
Pay & Benefits
£18.06 per hour, 7 days a week
Holiday pay accrued on top at 13%
Paid breaks on all shifts
Onsite parking

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 licence (Category C)
Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience
Experience with multi-drop deliveries
Digital Tachograph card
CPC qualification
Maximum 6 points on your licence (minor offences only – no DD/DR/IN/CD codes)
Good communication skills
Ability to work weekends
