About the role

You'll be supporting two ladies in their 60s with learning disabilities and autism who have shared their home for over 17 years. They enjoy a slower-paced lifestyle, with activities like walks, sensory experiences, and trips out for coffee and meals.

This role includes a mix of 1:1 and shared support, helping with daily routines, meal preparation, medication administration, and encouraging hydration and wellbeing. You'll support communication through both verbal and non-verbal cues, while maintaining strong, positive relationships with their family.

Shift patterns include earlies, lates, mid shifts, and sleep-ins.

About you

You'll be:

- Empathetic, patient, and compassionate

- Confident supporting older people and building relationships

- Able to provide structure and positive behavioural support

- A full UK manual driver (essential)

- Comfortable supporting personal care
