We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Contract: PermanentType: Full timeHours: 40Pay: £13.80Location: Hybrid/Travelling
Role Responsibilities:
-Maintaining a professional image and complying with all Mitie Policies & Procedures
-Ensure adequate staffing levels are achieved by rosterting correctly
-Maintaining Cleaning Standards as per contractual requirements
-Responsibility for ensuring that staff members adhere to Mitie Uniform & PPE Standards,
-Reporting any poor performance or mis-use of equipment
-Flexibility and willingness to complete any other reasonable management, client or customer request
-Bring to the attention of the contract manager sickness, absence etc.
-Carry out Toolbox Talks relating to H&S Bulletins or Company/announcements
-Report Incidents as per the Mitie QHSE requirements
-Comply with site regulations and conduct oneself in a professional manner
-Communicate & liaise with site personnel in a professional manner
-Accountable for ensuring all chemicals, equipment & trolleys are stored correctly
-Ensure Site file is updated and reviewed monthly.
-Undetake monthly audits as per schedule and compile action plan to rectify any issues found
-Liaise with on site staff and contract manager
-Deliver training where required for existing employee and New starter
-Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
-Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
-Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
-Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
-Ability to communicate and read basic English
-Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
-Flexible and proactive approach to work
-Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
-Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
-Previous Supervisory or Team Leader Experience
-Customer Service Skills
-Good written & verbal communication skills
-IT Skills desirable but training will be provided
-Time Management Skills
-Flexible
-Self-motivated
-Cleaning Experience
-Clean full uk driving licence holder
