Summary
We are looking for an organised, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our small office team that operates within the PVCu windows and doors industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with or without industry experience who enjoys supporting sales, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Proactive handling of quotations for PVCu windows, doors, and related products
• Liaising with new and existing trade, retail, and builder’s merchant customers
• Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems
• Assisting with product information, pricing, and quotation queries
Requirements
• Excellent communication with customer service and sales skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
Desirable Skills but not essential as training given
• Knowledge of PVCu windows, doors, glazing, or fenestration products
• Experience using Business Micros, Window Designer, LogiKal, or similar software
