Summary
Pulse Cars Limited is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Manager to manage the movement, storage, preparation, and readiness of vehicle stock across the dealership.
The role includes planning and coordinating vehicle logistics from purchase through to sale, including vehicle collection, delivery, storage, inspection, preparation, photography readiness, and handover coordination.
The employee will manage supplier relationships connected with vehicle movement, transport, preparation, repairs, valeting, MOTs, service histories, V5C documents, purchase invoices, and handover paperwork.
The role also includes monitoring vehicle stock flow, managing operational costs, coordinating with the Site Manager and Director, maintaining accurate vehicle movement records, and ensuring that vehicles are ready for sale in line with dealership standards.
The successful candidate must have experience in vehicle logistics, dealership stock control, supplier coordination, and operational record keeping. Experience in the used-car or motor trade sector is strongly preferred.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role based at the company’s dealership premises.
