About the Role
Do you have the energy, creativity, and passion to engage young people and make a real difference?
We’re looking for a Housing Engagement Officer to take the lead in creating a vibrant, engaging, and opportunity-rich environment within our Ofsted-registered Foyer service.
This isn’t a typical support role. It’s about bringing the service to life — building connections, creating opportunities, and helping young people step confidently into independence.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating and delivering a programme of activities, workshops, and events
• Building relationships with local organisations, employers, and community groups
• Supporting young people into education, training, and employment opportunities
• Encouraging participation and building confidence through group work and engagement
• Developing social media and internal promotion to showcase opportunities and successes
• Supporting young people to develop independence and life skills
• Working as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment

This role would suit someone who is:
• Passionate about their work, creative, and full of ideas
• Confident working with young people and building relationships
• Motivated by helping others grow and succeed
• Organised but flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable taking initiative and trying new approaches
