We are seeking a proactive and professional Cleaning Supervisor to join our team with ISS Facility Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the contract, ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered across all areas of responsibility. You will play a key role in supervising staff performance, maintaining effective communication, and supporting operational compliance within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be confident, organised, and customer-focused, with the ability to lead by example while ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally.
The Role
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Supervising the day-to-day operations and performance of staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery
Responding positively, professionally, and promptly to customer requirements and operational requests
Ensuring a first-class service is consistently delivered across all areas of responsibility
Maintaining clear and accurate communication to support the effective delivery of the contract
Following all company policies, procedures, and operational regulations
Supporting the company’s Health & Safety policies and reporting any hazards, near misses, or unsafe practices
Using Microsoft Office and other IT systems to support reporting, training, and operational requirements
Carrying out regular audits and ensuring any follow-up actions or rectifications are completed
Producing and presenting audit findings and operational information to stakeholders across the business
