Farm Hand - Hay Bale Operations

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Farm Hand to join one of our valued clients on a busy farm operation. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Details Of The Role:

• Location: Salisbury
• Hours: Monday to Sunday operation starting from 09:30am - 19:00pm
• Pay Rate: £13.00
• Job Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, unloading, and stacking hay bales safely and efficiently
• Operating farm machinery and equipment where required
• Assisting with the transportation and storage of hay bales
• Ensuring hay storage areas are kept organised and tidy
• Carrying out general farm maintenance and labouring duties
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Following all farm health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider farm team during busy periods

Requirements:

• Experience handling hay bales or heavy manual work preferredl
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport is preferred due to rural location
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
