Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee operations within our Domicillary Care and Supportted Living facilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of senior care, dementia care, and working with individuals with disabilities. This leadership role requires strong team management skills, a thorough understanding of patient care, and the ability to coordinate complex case management activities. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering exceptional standards of care while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a positive environment for both staff and residents.

Duties

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality care delivery across all departments.
Supervise and support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Oversee medication administration, patient care plans, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols such as dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and industry standards.
Develop and implement policies centred around assisted living, home care, and specialised services such as working with children or individuals with disabilities.
Maintain accurate documentation related to patient records, staff schedules, and regulatory reports.
Engage with families and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for residents’ wellbeing.
Experience

Proven management experience within domicillary care and supportted living facilities or similar healthcare environments.
Extensive background in senior care, dementia care (including Alzheimer’s), hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities.
Demonstrable supervising experience in healthcare settings with a focus on patient or resident safety and quality assurance.
Familiarity with case management processes and medication administration protocols..
