Summary
Job title: Mobile Supervisor
3pm to 9pm
Main purpose of the job:
To ensure the smooth running of contracts within all areas, liaising with both customers and cleaners to provide the highest standard of workmanship. To support and report to Area Managers to cover – sickness – ad hoc cleaning, also to show potential cleaner’s new sites when needed. To check site books to ensure that correct documentation is present and chemicals on site are being kept correctly. To be able to carry out deep cleans as and when required to include strip and seal – carpet cleaning- high- and low-level cleaning working on own initiative.
Responsibilities and duties:
To be aware and understand all aspects of safe working practices within the cleaning industry.
• To be fully conversant with all aspects of COSHH.
• To understand and able to induct any new cleaning staff to the strict guidelines set of BIC Sc Standard.
• To at all times present a courteous, polite and professional demeanour on all of our sites.
• To maintain an excellent level of personal hygiene and appearance.
• To maintain a current and clean driving license.
• Communicate any issues, queries or problems that our customers raise to the regional/area managers to deal with and resolve.
• To ensure that the cleanliness of your vehicle is of the highest standard, and that sufficient and correct supplies are maintained.
• Be responsible for any security keys, fobs or alarm codes that are in your care.
• To be able to deal in a positive fashion with any minor issues that arises using your own initiative.
This is a mobile position for which a company vehicle will be provided.
