Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organised Review Officer for Apprenticeships to join our Employment Services team at Bishop Auckland College Group. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with apprentices and employers across a range of occupational sectors, carrying out apprenticeship reviews, monitoring learner progress and ensuring compliance with funding regulations and quality standards. You will play a key role in supporting apprentices to achieve successful outcomes, identifying barriers to progress and working collaboratively with curriculum teams and employers to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experience of working with employers and learners, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will have the skills to confidently manage a caseload, maintaining accurate records and supporting learners through their apprenticeship journey. Vocational experience relevant to apprenticeship delivery is essential, along with strong organisational and IT skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and learner development.

Candidates will hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area and an IAG Level 2 qualification (or willing to achieve within two years).
