The Headteacher and Governing Body of St Philip Evans Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working person who will work very well within an excellent team and whose primary focus will be on the achievement and wellbeing of the pupils.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Support the class teacher in the classroom setting raising standards and meeting individual pupil needs.
• Work with individual children with different learning needs
• Lead group and individual Literacy and Numeracy Interventions
• Establish productive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced check.
Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
