Summary

Clare House School Porthcawl is seeking to appoint a highly organised and professional Admissions and School Operations Executive to join our founding team. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping the experience families have from their very first interaction with the school, helping create a welcoming, efficient and values-led environment where every child is celebrated, known and encouraged to thrive.Please read the recruitment pack in the Supporting Documents tab before applying.Role overviewLead the administration of the admissions process from enquiry through to enrolment and beyondSupport families throughout their admissions journey, ensuring communication is professional, responsive and relationalCoordinate school tours, open events and admissions activitiesSupport the smooth day-to-day running of school administration and operational systemsManage communication channels including email, telephone and front-of-house enquiriesMaintain accurate pupil records and ensure compliance with GDPR and school policiesContribute to community events and activities that strengthen relationships with families and the wider school communityRequirementsExperience in an administrative, customer-facing or operational roleExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environmentConfidence using administrative systems, databases and digital platformsA professional, calm and solution-focused approachAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityUnderstanding of safeguarding responsibilities and commitment to pupil wellbeingWhy join us?You will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a new and ambitious school community where relationships, care and meaningful learning are central to everyday practice.
