Summary
Join our friendly and supportive team based in Congleton. Shared Lives are a care provider within Cheshire East Council, and we provide long-term intermediate support, respite, day support and support out in the community to our customers.

About the Role:
We are looking to recruit: 1 Social Care Assessor @ 37 hours per week.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. 9am to 4:30pm on Friday.
No work on weekends and bank holidays
• Providing a high-quality person-centred care and support service
• Delivering daily support to people such as personal care, administration of medication, daily activities, and support.
• Empowering the people who attend our day centre to lead fulfilling lives.
• Treating people who attend the day centre with Dignity and Respect
• Be enthusiastic and flexible.

About you:
• Experience is welcome but it is not required as full induction will be given along with all necessary training and support however if you are caring, friendly and have a commitment to enrich people’s lives whilst treating individuals with dignity and respect, we would welcome your application.
