This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, make informed decisions about their future, and achieve their full potential. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have experience of providing impartial careers guidance and pastoral support, and be able to work effectively with a wide range of students and colleagues.
