Summary
We are looking for a flexible and hardworking individual to join the logistics team at Lathams, in a varied role combining furniture deliveries, warehousing and shop support.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with diverse responsibilities. The position combines customer-facing delivery responsibilities with warehouse support, stock handling and unpacking accessories for our showroom and retail spaces.
Responsibilities:
Delivery & Customer Service
* Assisting with furniture deliveries to customers' homes
* Providing a premium white glove delivery experience
* Carrying, positioning and assembling furniture where required
* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely
* Acting as a professional and friendly final point of contact for customers
* Ensuring products arrive in perfect condition
Warehouse & Shop Support
* Receiving and checking deliveries into the warehouse
* Unpacking accessories, homewares and stock deliveries
* Preparing products for the shop floor and showroom displays
* Organising and maintaining warehouse spaces
* Assisting with stock movement and inventory organisation
* Supporting the retail and interiors teams as needed
Requirements:
* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Friendly, professional and customer-focused
* Reliable and adaptable with a possitive attitude
* Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Previous delivery, warehouse or logistics experience preferred
* Full UK driving licence beneficial
