We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator to our Value Added Services department: committed to providing first class
service to our customers. This is a fast paced warehousing environment with ample opportunity to grow and develop.

Day to Day
* Be the main point of contact for business customers using SAP for production– manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues,
maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
* Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
* Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are
fulfilled to customer requirements & maintain accurate customer records
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges
What will you bring?
* Previous experience working in an administration role
* Experience working with SAP production system would be advantageous but training will be provided where necessary
* Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class
customer service
* Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
