We are looking for an individual who has a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent, demonstrable experience of working with young people in an educational setting and a good working knowledge of classroom management strategies.

The team at The Snaith School are looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor, from September 2026 until 31st August 2027 who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable.
The working hours are from 08:30am to 15.30pm Monday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 13hours per year, to attend the September and Easter training days outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be between£20,734 - £24,377 per annum depending on experience, and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
