What skills and experience we're looking for

An Outstanding Primary School is looking for a Key Stage 1 Teacher

An exciting opportunity has opened up at Kenningtons Primary Academy and we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to work in our school, starting in the Autumn Term. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and provide a strong programme of support and professional development for the successful candidate.

The successful candidate should:-

• Be UK trained and UK qualified
• Have a strong commitment to raising pupil achievement
• Support all aspects of the school's work
• Be able to motivate and inspire children and colleagues
• Be able to focus on raising standards

What the school offers its staff

We value our staff and we will ensure that the successful candidate will receive good professional development. In addition to this we reward our Class Teachers with :-

• A retention allowance of £1,300 per annum after one year's service.
• We also reimburse the cost of the Toll for The Dartford Crossing
• Two Week October Half Term.
• Recognition of Continuous Service.
