Summary
We are seeking a team of reliable and hardworking Jet Wash Operatives/Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join our team on busy working farms across the region. The successful Jet Wash Operative will be responsible for the thorough cleaning of agricultural buildings, equipment, and machinery using high-pressure washers. This is a physically demanding role that plays a vital part in maintaining high hygiene on the farm.
You must hold a UK driving license to meet at our clients yard each morning ready to be part of a 2/3 man crew for the working day.
The role
Key Responsibilities of Jet Wash operative:
· Operate high-pressure jet washing equipment to clean livestock housing, yards, and machinery
· Prepare cleaning areas by removing waste and setting up equipment
· Ensure all areas are cleaned to farm and industry hygiene standards
· Follow health and safety protocols at all times
· Assist with other general farm duties when required
· Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
The candidate:
· Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
· Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
· Strong team player; able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Hold a valid UK driving license
Hours & Pay Rates:
· £13.30ph
· 06:00am start time on yard and daily working hours are 8-12 hours
· Alternative Saturdays are rotated
