CNC Setter Operator
We're looking for an experienced CNC Setter Operator to join our Machine Shop team, reporting to the Machine Shop Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC machines using Fanuc controls
- Work across vertical, horizontal, and turn/mill machining centres
- Produce fasteners and precision turned/machined components
- Carry out first-off and in‑process inspections to works instructions
- Select, replace, and manage tooling for each job
- Perform weekly machine maintenance checks and report faults
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop and personal work area
- Support additional tasks as required by the management team
Key Skills & Experience
- CNC setting, operation, and basic programming knowledge
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
