Summary
Full Time Due to new contracts secured, Grayline Transport is expanding its fleet and workload. We are looking to recruit a full-time C+E Driver to operate one of our 11-car transporter units and trailers.
The Role:
Operating 11-car transporter unit and trailer
Rotational role including both local and distance work
Monday to Friday
Full-time, permanent position Requirements:
Valid C+E licence Up-to-date Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
Experience in the car transporting industry is essential
(Refresher training can be provided for the right candidate)

Duties
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment, ensuring safety standards are maintained
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams
Adhere to all health and safety regulations during transportation and loading activities
Utilise driving skills to navigate various routes efficiently, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and responsibly
Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long periods of driving
