Are you an experienced support worker with CPI training looking to make a real difference? Join our friendly team in Macclesfield and help adults with a range of needs live their best lives.
About the Role:
We’re looking for proactive, upbeat individuals who enjoy hands-on support work. Every day is different – you’ll assist both verbal and non-verbal adults with daily living tasks, personal care, community activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and more. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, following individual support plans to ensure the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support adults with daily living tasks and personal care
Work independently and as part of a team
Assist with community-based activities, appointments, and outings
Prepare meals and support healthy eating
Administer medication safely
Maintain accurate daily records and follow care plans
Use communication aids and techniques for verbal and non-verbal individuals
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting adults with complex needs
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) trained
Confident in administering medication
Moving and handling trained
Kind, patient, and approachable personality
Positive, proactive attitude and strong team player
