The Role

This is a fast-paced and high-responsibility Lettings Consultant role, suited to someone who thrives on variety and taking ownership of their workload.

You will be responsible for managing both lettings and elements of property management, ensuring high standards of service are delivered to landlords and tenants at all times.

This position requires a confident, organised, and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and deliver results without the need for close supervision.

Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered, however expectations around performance and standards remain consistent.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Lettings

Speaking with applicants and landlords daily via a phone-first approach
Booking and conducting property viewings
Chasing and recording viewing feedback promptly (same-day)
Negotiating offers and progressing applications efficiently
Keeping landlords fully informed throughout the process

Property Management

Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
Handling maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
Responding to landlord and tenant queries in a timely manner
Monitoring rent payments and proactively chasing arrears
Booking and completing property inspections
Managing move-ins and move-outs efficiently
Ensuring all compliance and legal documentation is up to date
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Lettings Consultant with experience in lettings and/or property management.

You will be confident, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Lettings Consultant or within Lettings / Property Management
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Full UK driving licence (essential)

Saturday rota (with time off in lieu)
