The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Volumetric Driver, your duties will include:
Operating a Class 2 (Cat C) volumetric mixer vehicle
Delivering materials safely and efficiently to customer sites
Completing vehicle safety checks and daily paperwork
Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Working professionally in line with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Shifts generally start from 06:00 until finish. Shift lengths may vary but are fully compliant with UK driving legislation.
Requirements
Essential:
Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
Valid CPC Qualification Card
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable:
Previous volumetric driving experience
Experience within construction or aggregate deliveries
