Summary
Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced TIG Welder to join our Paisley-based client on a temporary to permanent basis.
Our client is an established business operating within the industrial sector, undertaking fabrication and installation projects across both workshop and site environments.
What's on offer?
- Ongoing temporary to permanent opportunity
- Monday to Thursday, 0730 to 4:30pm, Friday to 1400
- £19 per hour (PAYE) or £24 per hour (CIS)
As a TIG Welder, your duties will include:
- Fabricating stainless steel pipe runs in an industrial environment
- Following pipework schematics accurately to specification
- TIG welding to a high standard
- Working across both workshop and onsite environments as required
- Adhering to all site health and safety requirements at all times
The ideal TIG Welder will have:
- Proven experience in pipework and fabrication of stainless steel pipework
- The ability to read and interpret pipework schematics
- TIG welding experience,
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, safety-conscious approach to work
