Are you an experienced and motivated leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and operational excellence? Do you have strong organisational skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment? If so, Beloved Childcare is looking for a dedicated Service Manager to join our growing organisation.
Contract Types Available:
• PAYE
• Contractor
• Self-Employed
Contract: Variable Hours Contract
Pay Rate:
Competitive rates depending on experience, qualifications, and employment status.

Beloved Childcare is a dedicated provider of therapeutic residential childcare services for children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and complex needs. Requirements – You Must Have:
• Previous management experience within health & social care, residential childcare, or a similar setting
• Excellent Excel and administrative skills
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Be teachable and receptive to feedback and correction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider management team
• Understanding of safeguarding and compliance standards
• Full UK driving licence
Your Role Will Include:
• Overseeing daily operational and management duties
• Supporting staff performance, development, and compliance
• Managing reports, records, rotas, and operational documentation
• Monitoring service quality and ensuring high standards of care
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff supervision
• Working closely with senior leadership and external professionals
• Maintaining professional standards and safeguarding practices
• Supporting business growth and continuous improvement initiatives
